OB-ROBBERY is an advanced, optimized, and highly configurable house and vehicle robbery system developed for FiveM servers.
Players can rob regular houses, break into luxury properties, unlock vehicles, search different vehicle compartments, and use a hotwire system to start stolen vehicles. Each robbery type includes its own minigame, risk level, reward table, cooldown, and police alert configuration.
Regular house robberies require a lockpick and use a custom lockpicking minigame. Luxury houses require a hacking device and feature a more advanced security hacking system. Inside each property, players can search multiple locations for randomized rewards while facing the possibility of an armed homeowner NPC.
Luxury properties include more valuable loot, stronger security, higher police alert chances, and more dangerous NPC encounters.
The vehicle robbery system allows players to break into locked vehicles and search multiple areas, including the glovebox, seats, center console, and trunk. The optional hotwire system prevents the vehicle engine from starting immediately and requires players to complete an additional interaction.
Rewards, cooldown durations, required items, police requirements, NPC spawn chances, minigame difficulty, robbery locations, and alert chances can all be configured through the main configuration file.
OB-ROBBERY is designed for server owners who want to add deeper criminal roleplay, interactive robberies, and a balanced risk-and-reward system to their FiveM server.
Its modular bridge structure makes it easy to integrate with different frameworks, inventories, target systems, notification systems, and police resources.
The package includes installation instructions, item definitions, configuration examples, and all required resource files.
